📋 Description

• Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day activities • Prepare, track and review quotations and orders • Coordinate customer inquiries, delivery dates and on-time deliveries • Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Engineering and Quality Management • Maintain item, master and technical data in the ERP system and in Orgadata LogiKal • Assist with cost calculations, forecasts, demand planning, system tests and digital processes • Provide technical advice and project support for aluminum window, door and façade systems

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or a relevant degree • Several years of professional experience in internal sales or technical sales • Experience in the aluminum, window, door or façade industry • Good knowledge of project-based/contract business • Experience with aluminum systems and their applications • Knowledge of window fabrication, façade construction or metal construction • Experience with ERP systems (SAP advantageous) • Ideally experience with Orgadata LogiKal or comparable window-construction software • Proficient user of MS Office • Good written and spoken German and English • Additional foreign languages are an advantage
