📋 Description
• Managing and improving HubSpot workflows, automations, and systems • Building and optimizing pipelines, sequences, forms, dashboards, and reporting • Improving onboarding, accountability, and member communication workflows • Streamlining operational processes across the Coaching department • Building automations that reduce manual admin work • Supporting integrations between HubSpot and other platforms • Maintaining accurate reporting and operational visibility • Troubleshooting tech and workflow issues • Testing AI tools and smarter ways of operating
🎯 Requirements
• Strong HubSpot experience is highly preferred • Someone who enjoys building and improving systems • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools • Strong attention to detail and operational thinking • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Experience with automation tools or integrations is a big plus
