• Identify and acquire corporate clients for our workations, offsites, retreats, events, and membership offerings • Build and maintain client relationships and negotiate contracts • Use, optimize, and manage the CRM system in a data-driven way • Build and develop a sales team, including recruiting and training staff • Identify and acquire B2B corporate customers • Develop and implement sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities • Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and account management • Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions for prospective clients • Track sales targets and achieve revenue goals
• Proven experience in B2B sales with a successful track record in acquiring corporate clients and closing contracts • Excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships and negotiating contracts • Solid knowledge of CRM systems and their effective use for sales management • Experience in building and developing sales teams, including recruiting and training employees • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and propose solutions • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment • Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and execute sales activities • University degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Management • Fluent in German and English
