• You are the right hand, organizational genius, and key sparring partner for our founding team. • In this varied role your main mission is clear: to keep our backs free in daily operations so we can focus on strategic growth. • You are a true all-rounder, think proactively, and jump in wherever things need to get done. • You build and maintain clear spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), create professional, engaging presentations (Google Slides/PowerPoint), and keep our internal systems well structured. • You support us in the daily business, prepare quotes, create invoices, and take on preparatory tasks for our accounting. • You are the friendly face externally. You make important calls and communicate in a polished, professional manner with our partners, service providers, and customers. • You plan and organize memorable workations, team events, as well as general scheduling and travel coordination for internal and external participants. • From A for calls to W for workation planning — you independently take on changing ad-hoc projects and administrative to-dos that arise in the startup day-to-day.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree, or have gained the necessary skills through relevant professional experience in an assistant, office management, or startup environment. • You are a true generalist, love variety, and always think one step ahead. • You work highly independently, reliably, and keep calm and maintain an overview even when many different tasks are running in parallel. • Through daily use, you are highly proficient with the Google Suite (especially Sheets & Slides), MS Office, Slack, and similar digital tools. • You have a positive presence, are service-oriented, and genuinely enjoy direct (phone) contact with partners and customers. • You are not looking for a purely administrative role. You are energetic, solution-oriented, and want to actively contribute to deliver tangible impact.
