📋 Description

• Independently manage financial accounting using DATEV • Code and post ongoing business transactions • Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers • Reconcile accounts and prepare analyses • Support reporting activities • Assist with monthly and annual closings, including account reconciliations, closing entries, and provisions • Prepare payment proposals • Process and monitor collections and dunning activities • Prepare advance VAT returns • Prepare corporate tax returns for smaller entities • Collaborate with tax advisors and provide support during audits • Communicate with tax authorities • Contribute to the development and optimization of accounting processes • Work closely with experienced partners, particularly on more complex closing matters

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–4 years of experience in financial accounting using DATEV • Ideally, vocational training in tax or accounting, such as training as a tax clerk • Structured, reliable, and independent approach to work • Enjoy working in a team and communicating with others • Affinity for digital processes and proficiency in MS Office
