📋 Description

• Initiate personalized outreach through multiple channels (email, calls, LinkedIn) and manage daily activity targets, including call and email volumes. • Identify and segment prospects that match the ICP and tailor outreach efforts based on research and segmentation. • Engage prospects to uncover pain points, align solutions, and schedule product demos; ensure seamless, well-documented handoffs to Account Executives. • Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking engagement and follow-ups. • Work cross-functionally in an early-stage startup environment, collaborating with sales and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with tools like Orum, LinkedIn, Gong, etc. • Proficient in HubSpot for tracking outreach and reporting metrics. • Strong written and verbal communication, including crafting compelling outreach emails. • Analyze outreach metrics to optimize strategies (e.g., email open rates, demo conversion rates). • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. • Skilled at establishing trust and building interest through brief interactions. • Capable of juggling high volumes of activity without sacrificing quality. • Quick to adjust approaches based on prospect feedback or data insights. • Love knowing how something impacts a business, and demonstrates curiosity around the depth of that impact. • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in early stages. • Candidate must be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones.

• Salary: 56,000USD/year + variable compensation based on qualified pipeline generation • Remote Work • Utility allowance: monthly $30 USD (energy and internet) • Furnishing allowance: one-time payment of up to $200 USD to furnish a home office • Work equipment provided by Proper: computer, screen, and mouse • 401K • Health Insurance: Choose from 7 different plans: 90% of the selected plan is covered for the employee; 75% of the base plan is covered for each dependent; Eligibility: Coverage begins on the 1st day of the month following your hire date • Dental Insurance: Follows the same 90% employee / 75% dependent coverage structure • Vision Insurance: 75% of the plan covered for the employee • Life & AD&D Insurance: Employer-paid life insurance: 1x annual salary, up to $500,000; Voluntary Guardian Life & AD&D: You may opt in or out • Voluntary Benefits: Supplemental Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity; Employee FSA (Flexible Spending Account); Employee HSA (Health Savings Account); Employee Assistance Program (EAP); Coverage starts the 1st of the month following hire • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO): beginning two months after your start date.
