• Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and align solutions • Present tailored demonstrations and proposals to decision-makers • Manage the sales cycle • Partner with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Support group and corporate partnership initiatives to drive market expansion • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and webinars • Build relationships with industry partners, associations, and influencers • Track performance metrics (conversion, churn, upsell, PUM growth, etc.) • Maintain accurate data within CRM and reporting systems • Use insights to continuously improve approach and identify growth levers.
• 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate technology sales, growth, or customer success roles • Strong commercial acumen with a passion for solving customer challenges • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable using data and CRM tools (Salesforce) to drive performance • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments • A team player who collaborates cross-functionally to deliver results.
