📋 Description

• Complete projects from start to finish • Solve problems independently and make recommendations for improvement to leadership • Build professional and friendly relationships with tenants, vendors, business owners, and founders • Manage existing project dashboards and create new dashboards in Google Sheets, ClickUp, etc. • Coordinate and manage work orders with vendors and tenants • Update repair statuses in Property Management Software • Answer all emails and acknowledge requests within 24 hours • Use email, text, phone, Google Meet/virtual platforms, and portal messaging for communication • Take initiative to solve problems • Create and manage project dashboards with daily updates and notes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, utilizing multitasking skills • Full Proficiency in AppFolio • Working knowledge of Buildium is helpful • Knowledge of Project Management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project is a plus • Spanish and English background • C1/C2 or higher proficiency in English is required • Must use own computer • Must have reliable internet • Comfortable learning new technology platforms • Previous property/hotel management is helpful but not required • Ability to work varying schedules: 9a–6p COT, EST, or PST based on client
