β€’ Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Investment Real Estate Agent positions across multiple markets. β€’ Source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, social media, and additional recruiting channels. β€’ Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. β€’ Utilize outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates. β€’ Review applications and identify qualified candidates. β€’ Maintain accurate candidate records within Lever ATS. β€’ Provide recruiting updates and hiring recommendations to the Onboarding Specialist and hiring managers. β€’ Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on experience, motivation, and alignment with the role. β€’ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. β€’ Guide candidates through every stage of the interview process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, or another customer-facing role. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. β€’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills. β€’ Ability to prioritize multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Comfortable conducting phone and virtual interviews. β€’ Experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or similar).
