• Actively acquire new customers with a focus on the healthcare sector and build long-term B2B partnerships (e.g., care facilities and healthcare providers). • Develop sales strategies together with the team to increase revenue in the specific healthcare market. • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and industry-specific, tailored solutions. • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, IT, Administration and Customer Service to continuously optimize customer processes.
• Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a comparable field; alternatively commercial or nursing training with solid sales experience in the healthcare sector • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the healthcare or nursing care environment. • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a hands-on mentality. • Willingness to attend customer meetings off-site
