• ProSidian seeks a Full-Cycle Recruiter to support business operations, strategic resourcing, and recruitment of qualified candidates. • This position requires active, diligent, and high-profile targeting for internal ProSidian employees and contractors as well as professionals.
• At least six (06) years of proven experience in recruiting top technical talent, with a keen focus on diversity & retention. • At least four (04) years of proven experience successfully sourcing and strategic resourcing CLEARED technical talent, ranging from Public Trust to TS/SCI clearances. • Proven work experience as Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter). • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/related field or equivalent of Science Degree in related technical and human resources. • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
