📋 Description

• Manage consumption-based billing processes, including both Direct and Marketplace billing models • Ensure all billing validations and control checks are performed to maintain high levels of accuracy • Perform reconciliations between Marketplace billing data and NetSuite billing outputs, identify variances, and drive resolution • Review invoices and ensure adherence to company policies and contractual terms • Drive continuous improvement in billing workflows and automation • Perform daily analysis, exception review, and system reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and saved searches in NetSuite to support business needs • Develop and execute ad hoc queries and analysis for business insights and decision-making • Take full ownership of billing controls & ensure smooth month-end and quarter-end close cycles with no delays or escalations • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• CA / CPA / CMA with 7+ years of experience, OR M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of relevant experience • SuiteBilling or Marketplace tooling experience is a plus • Strong experience with NetSuite (preferred) and exposure to Salesforce.com is a plus • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience in consumption-based / usage-based billing environments • Should be able to manage team size of 4 to 5 direct reports
