📋 Description

• Develop and operationalize the claims migration strategy • Define migration objects, migration logic, business rules, and mappings between source and target systems • Analyze and structure business requirements for claims processes, DIOSS transactions and screens, and cross-system matters • Create functional concepts, business requirements, and decision-making materials for migration implementation • Define and prepare requirements for customer documents and outputs • Identify and assess business gaps, dependencies, and risks • Develop suitable solution approaches and recommendations for action • Work closely with Business, IT, Architecture, Migration, and other stakeholders • Prepare and facilitate business and decision-making meetings • Provide business support during technical implementation and migration testing • Define review, testing, and acceptance criteria • Perform business quality assurance and acceptance of implemented solutions • Document results and decisions and ensure that the corresponding documentation is maintained

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally at least 3–5 years • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims • Excellent knowledge of process analysis and process optimization • Extensive experience in Requirements Engineering and requirements management • Experience identifying business needs and deriving, specifying, and validating business and system requirements • Ability to analyze and further develop existing and new systems from a business user perspective • Experience operationalizing strategy and architecture guidelines into concrete processes and implementation initiatives • Experience creating acceptance criteria and business test cases • Experience in business quality assurance and acceptance
