📋 Description

• In conjunction with the VP Sales develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including target account lists, detailed sales forecasts, and market penetration plans to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new high-value business opportunities within all agreed-upon verticals. • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold-call and pitch to negotiation, contract finalisation, and successful "go live" handoff to the Partnerships team. • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, VP of Commercial, Product, and Strategy) in major SEA target accounts. • Monitor and report on local market trends, competitor activities, and specific product needs within SEA’s travel, ticketing, and ancillary service industries to inform company strategy. • Become a subject matter expert on Protect Group's offerings (Refund Protect and Protect Plus), effectively communicating their data-driven value proposition and technical integration requirements to potential partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (Mandarin/Traditional Chinese) (Mandatory) • Fluent professional working proficiency in English (Mandatory) • Proven track record (minimum of 5 years) in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales • Strong commercial understanding and sales experience within one or more key verticals: Airlines, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), major SEA or regional travel companies, and/or large event/ticketing platforms • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable discussing platform integrations, APIs, and data-driven solutions; proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) • A highly motivated self-starter with a strong "hunter" mentality, high energy, and a results-focused attitude. • Deeply familiar with and able to navigate the nuances of the SEA business culture to build trust and rapport quickly. • Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment, comfortable working across different time zones.
