📋 Description

‱ Own and continuously improve the day-to-day administration of our international employee lifecycle. ‱ Manage contracts, employee records, and employment documentation. ‱ Coordinate payroll preparation and related administrative processes. ‱ Support onboarding and offboarding activities. ‱ Lead the development of a scalable and efficient People Operations infrastructure through effective use of technology, automation, and process design. ‱ Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Deel across international entities. ‱ Support the organisation's international growth by helping maintain compliant employment frameworks and robust operational foundations.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Extensive experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or International HR roles. ‱ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, International Relations, Business Law, or a degree in the humanities, social sciences, or psychology. ‱ Hands-on experience working with HRIS, payroll, or global employment platforms, ideally including Deel and/or Personio. ‱ Experience working with international employment practices and labour law, particularly in Germany, the UK, or the Netherlands. ‱ Comfortable managing projects and coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. ‱ Excellent attention to detail and maintain a high standard of accuracy when handling employee data, contracts, and sensitive information. ‱ Professional fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
