• Serve as a strategic consultant/subject matter expert to Area CHROs and Caregiver Relations Consultants. • Identify and assess situations for compliance and policy concerns. • Make recommendations for resolution on complex employee relations matters. • Collaborate to inspire and retain the best people by empowering them.
• 8 years Experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business. • 8 years Demonstrated experience in the area of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence. • Advanced experience in specialty areas: labor relations, ADAAA, Leaves of Absence, or mediation. • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. • Upon hire: HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. • 5 years Project Management experience preferred. • 5 years Experience in Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA preferred. • 5 years Supervision of Human Resources staff or equivalent work experience preferred.
