📋 Description

• Schedule customer check-in calls and organize upcoming appointments • Conduct check-ins independently and proactively call customers • Resolve customer inquiries—from support questions to customer success topics—quickly and with a solution-oriented approach • Take ownership of customer onboarding step by step • Guide new customers through the initial stages • Advise customers on using the platform and help them get the most out of ProviPanda • Support the Customer Success Manager and step in when needed • Document customer interactions and share feedback with the team • Use AI tools for preparation, summaries, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent, professional communication and tone, both on the phone and via Google Meet • Professional and confident presence, positive manner, and friendly, solution-oriented approach • Comfortable speaking on the phone and genuinely enjoy calling customers • Daily experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, along with a general understanding of technology • Quick learner, high-performing, and genuinely enthusiastic about the role • Customer Success experience is a strong advantage but not required • Experience in HR or sales is a plus • Excellent German language skills • Good English is a plus
