📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns from strategy through execution • Run Search campaigns for companies that are hiring salespeople • Optimize ads targeted at sales candidates searching for sales jobs • Scale the account on YouTube • Report directly to the founder

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with HR/recruitment Search campaigns on Google • Experience in a recruiting context; standard e‑commerce Google Ads experience is not relevant • Ability to set up tracking independently • Experience setting up and running YouTube campaigns • Ideally: experience in the recruiting space on both candidate acquisition and new-client acquisition • Willingness to further develop a market-leading product with proven product–market fit • Meta Ads experience is a plus but not required
