• Build a high-performance, globally aligned, values-driven organization and lead all aspects of People Operations • Own the full people lifecycle: attracting talent, onboarding, performance, learning, engagement, and retention • Design and own a global recruiting engine for engineering, product, design, and business roles • Partner with leadership to define hiring plans aligned with growth goals and drive hiring velocity • Strengthen employer brand in AI, sports-tech, and media-tech talent ecosystems • Champion Proximity’s values and design initiatives for inclusion, engagement, and cross-office cohesion • Lead global all-hands, culture-building programs, and recognition frameworks • Implement scalable OKR, feedback, and performance review systems and build career pathways • Create learning & development programs for leadership and technical skills • Oversee HR operations across the US, UAE, and India: onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compliance • Partner with finance/legal on contracts, visa processes, and cross-border mobility • Implement HR tech stack and analytics dashboards to track key people metrics • Advise CEO and leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, and succession planning • Act as a trusted confidant and problem-solver for leaders and employees • Deliver 90-day outcomes: fill ≥90% open roles with >85% projected one-year retention; define leadership hiring and succession plans; achieve ≥90% engagement values-alignment; ensure 100% compliance; launch leadership/technical programs with >100% participation; implement scalable global HRIS and performance systems
• 5–12+ years in People Ops/HR leadership roles in high-growth, global tech or consulting companies • Experience scaling teams across multiple geographies with different cultural and legal contexts • Proven track record in hiring exceptional talent at speed, especially in competitive markets • Strong understanding of HR systems, analytics, and compliance frameworks • Natural culture builder with high EQ, communication skills, and trust-building ability • Bonus: Experience in AI, sports-tech, media-tech, or product-led services companies • Bonus: Ex-founder or early-stage builder who understands scale-up challenges • Bonus: Expertise in cross-border talent mobility and remote-first/global hybrid environments • Success traits: Builder’s mindset; High agency; Strategic + hands-on balance; Cultural intelligence; Analytical clarity; Trustworthiness; Growth orientation
