📋 Description

• Support the Store Manager in organizing and overseeing daily store operations • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships • Oversee merchandise presentation and ensure the sales floor is always attractively arranged • Assist with conducting inventories and stock checks • Train and motivate the sales team • Support the planning and implementation of sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training in retail or visual merchandising, or an equivalent qualification • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in sports, footwear, or fashion retail • Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach • Enjoy working with people • Team player with a positive attitude • Flexibility regarding working hours, especially during store opening times • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment • Good German language skills and basic English skills
