📋 Description

• Motivating, leading, coaching and training a team of approximately 50 colleagues • Developing the restaurant's product range and menu • Ensuring compliance with operational procedures, legal requirements and Casualfood standards • Controlling cash reconciliations and cash handling • Preparing staff schedules, managing vacation planning and conducting inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or an equivalent qualification • Previous experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader (m/f/d), where you demonstrated leadership skills • Strong commercial understanding • You enjoy hosting, have a confident presence, and can communicate in German as well as in English
