📋 Description

• Preparation and calculation of scope-of-services and fee proposals for architectural or lead planner services • Obtaining and reviewing scope-of-services and fee proposals from specialist planners • Drafting and reviewing contracts with clients and specialist planners • Supporting proposal and contract negotiations with clients and specialist planners • Preparing claims for additional fees • Financial and legal monitoring of projects in close cooperation with project management and project controlling • Advising executive management and project teams on (fee-)legal matters • Point of contact for contractual inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering, law, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Experience in the financial and legal administration of design and construction projects • Good knowledge of the HOAI, AHO, and the law governing contracts for work and services, as well as at least basic legal knowledge • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail • Confident manner and negotiation skills • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
