📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the operational and financial management of the store • Leading, developing and mentoring the team – you act as both coach and role model • Analyzing and optimizing processes using business KPIs • Ensuring merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience • Planning and organizing staff schedules and onboarding new employees • Conducting team meetings, performance reviews and feedback sessions • Participating in the recruitment process (pre-selection and interviews) • Acting as the interface between the store, area management and headquarters – you represent the values of the PTH group

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial qualification, preferably in retail • Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership role • Solid business/financial knowledge and confident handling of KPIs • Structured, solution-oriented working style and an entrepreneurial mindset • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a sense of responsibility • Planning and implementing measures to achieve store targets, including goal setting, action development and success monitoring • Confident use of digital tools and openness to new technologies in the workplace • Good German language skills for customer communication (minimum C1) • Experience in multi-label/multi-brand retail to optimally present diverse product ranges (desirable)
