📋 Description
• Ausbau des Standortportfolios im nord- und ostdeutschen Raum • Sichtung und strukturierte Vorprüfung eingehender Immobilienangebote • Verantwortlich für die Beschaffung relevanter Standortinformationen • Erstellung von Projektdatenblättern • Begleitung der Entwicklung potenzieller Standorte • Betreuung bestehender und neuer Standorte während der Projektumsetzung • Ansprechpartnerin für Nachbereitung, Koordination und Kommunikation • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Versand vertriebsbezogener Materialien
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb und/oder Projektmanagement • Führerschein Klasse B • Hohe bundesweite Reisebereitschaft • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denken • Kommunikationsstärke • Hohe Motivation und Belastbarkeit • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten • Gute allgemeine MS-Office-Kenntnisse
