📋 Description

• Full responsibility for the store’s operational and commercial management • Lead, coach and develop the team — you act as both mentor and role model • Analyse and optimise processes using business management metrics • Ensure merchandise presentation and a service-oriented customer experience • Plan and organise staff deployment and onboard new employees • Conduct team meetings, target-setting discussions and feedback rounds • Participate in the recruiting process (pre-selection and interviews) • Act as the interface between the store, area management and headquarters — you represent the values of the PTH group

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally in retail • Several years of professional experience in a comparable managerial role • Solid business administration knowledge and confident handling of KPIs • Structured, solution-oriented working style and entrepreneurial mindset • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and purposefully develop a team • Strong communication skills, organisational talent and sense of responsibility • Ability to plan measures to achieve store targets, including goal setting, action development and success monitoring • Experience in visual merchandising would be an advantage to ensure appropriate store presentation • Confident use of digital tools and openness to new technologies in everyday work • Good German language skills for customer communication (at least C1)
