📋 Description
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned strategic accounts • Conduct strategic customer success programs tailored to customer needs • Identify customer needs and lead workshops and training sessions • Document best practices and customer success stories
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Italian • Excellent English & Italian language skills, both written and spoken • Experience in a similar role is preferred • Ability to assess complex customer processes • Strong commercial mindset
