📋 Description

• Join a Remote-First, AI-augmented engineering organization • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, data persistence, and frontend interfaces • Work in small increments, integrate frequently • Co-own data modelling decisions with your team • Write automated tests as a first-class deliverable • Deploy and operate software as a team • Document design decisions and communicate proactively • Pair with teammates regularly and share effective patterns and tools • Code review as a team practice

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with production delivery experience • Genuine full-stack capability – backend, APIs, data layer, and frontend • Strong API development experience: design, implementation, versioning, and consumer-first thinking • Proficient with databases across both relational and document paradigms • Practice automated testing discipline • Cloud deployment awareness • Actively use AI-assisted development tooling
