📋 Description

• Lead the value-selling process and engage stakeholders at all levels of prospect organizations • Conduct detailed assessments of clients' supply chain processes • Identify pain points and design customized solutions aligned to clients' strategic goals • Develop and deliver tailored value propositions and business cases • Own solutioning throughout the sales cycle, including presentations, demos, conference room pilots, and proof-of-concept support • Ensure a structured handover from sales to delivery • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders • Feed market and customer insights back to Product Management to help shape the roadmap • Contribute to cross-team enablement and demand generation • Train peers, share best practices, and support large account initiatives • Stay current on industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B software environment • Strong domain knowledge in logistics, supply chain planning, transport optimization, or a closely related field • Proven ability to run engaging, value-led discovery conversations and product demonstrations • Skilled at building business cases and translating technical capabilities into measurable customer value • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Comfortable with both C-level and operational audiences • Fluent in English and Spanish • Sales-oriented, collaborative mindset • Willingness to share knowledge, build assets, and help close deals as part of a stronger team
