📋 Description

• Own and execute developer marketing programmes driving awareness, acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement for Blocks Network • Develop positioning and messaging for AI application and agent developers • Build presence in developer communities and turn feedback into actionable insights • Partner with Developer Relations on tutorials, demos, sample projects, launch content, workshops, and technical assets • Plan campaigns and content across documentation, newsletters, social platforms, community forums, events, partnerships, and third-party ecosystems • Improve the developer journey from discovery through first successful build using qualitative feedback, funnel data, and experimentation • Define and report measures including qualified developer acquisition, activation, community engagement, retention, and advocacy • Help shape how early developer communities discover, understand, and use Blocks Network

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in developer marketing, technical marketing, developer relations, product marketing for a technical product, or a closely related role • Strong technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, AI development workflows, and code examples • Track record of creating and distributing technical content or campaigns that moved developers from awareness to hands-on product use • Strong track record using quantitative analytics and experimentation frameworks to drive growth and improve developer-funnel performance • Community-minded and collaborative approach across Product, Growth, Engineering, and Developer Relations • Familiarity with AI application development, agents, LLM tooling, or adjacent developer ecosystems • Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to prototype simple demos, landing-page experiences, examples, or other technical marketing assets
