📋 Description

• Own and optimise the developer onboarding journey from signup and first API key through first successful integration and paid conversion • Analyse developer journeys, conversion funnels, user behaviour, and drop-off points • Design, prioritise, and run experiments to improve onboarding completion, activation, and conversion rates • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve quickstarts, documentation journeys, sample applications, and first-use experiences • Develop onboarding campaigns, lifecycle communications, and contextual guidance • Explore AI-assisted onboarding experiences using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • Improve self-service journeys related to product usage, pricing discovery, and conversion to paid plans • Establish and track metrics including time-to-first-value, activation, developer engagement, and first-time paying customers • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing to identify friction points and improve onboarding experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product-led growth, developer activation, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a closely related role • Demonstrated experience improving onboarding, activation, or self-service conversion for a SaaS or developer-focused product • Strong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, user segmentation, experimentation, and performance measurement • Experience using product analytics and A/B testing to guide decisions • Technical fluency and ability to understand developer workflows, APIs, and integrations • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to turn insights into practical product or onboarding improvements • Strong English communication skills and comfort working across distributed teams • Experience with API-first or developer infrastructure products (nice to have) • Familiarity with usage-based pricing and self-service monetisation (nice to have) • Experience with product analytics and experimentation tools (nice to have) • Knowledge of AI coding assistants, MCP, or AI-supported developer workflows (nice to have)
