âą Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support audience growth, brand awareness and business objectives âą Develop and manage content strategies, campaign messaging and marketing content across digital, email, social and web channels âą Manage campaign planning, execution and reporting, ensuring activity is delivered on time and achieves performance targets âą Develop and optimise audience growth initiatives across paid, owned and earned marketing channels âą Use customer insights, market trends and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement âą Work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial and Creative teams to deliver marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience âą Develop marketing assets, promotional campaigns and acquisition initiatives across key markets âą Monitor and report on campaign and marketing performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and engagement âą Test and optimise marketing activity through performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives âą Identify new opportunities, channels and marketing approaches to improve audience growth, engagement and campaign performance
âą 5+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign management or content marketing âą Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and paid media channels âą Experience creating marketing content and customer communications across multiple channels âą Strong understanding of audience growth, campaign management and marketing performance measurement âą Experience using marketing data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness âą Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously âą Excellent copywriting, content development and communication skills âą Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research and marketing workflows âą Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field âą Experience in market research, consumer insights or panel-based businesses (preferred but not required) âą Experience working across multiple regions or global markets (preferred but not required)
