📋 Description

• Organize and schedule appointments. • Write and distribute emails, corresponding memos, and documentation in appropriate HRIS systems. • Provide general support to sales organization with client onboarding needs. • Maintain contact lists. • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. • Liaison with sales organization and service teams to handle onboarding of new clients and external communications. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to communicate through email, create agendas in PowerPoint, etc. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, in particular). • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to learn additional software, such as HubSpot and Monday.com. • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. • Ability to work independently and collectively across the organization.
