📋 Description
• Provide expert HR guidance to Go-to-Market leaders and translate business requirements into people solutions • Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to optimize global organizational design • Drive the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including performance management, calibration, and leadership identification • Analyze people metrics and trends to influence executive decision-making • Support managers with complex employee relations cases across global jurisdictions • Lead the people side of organizational change during pivots and growth phases • Analyze CultureAmp engagement survey data and build action plans to improve retention and morale • Partner with People Operations and Legal on payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes managed via Deel • Collaborate with People Excellence, People Ops and Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to streamline the remote-first employee experience • Promote PVcase values in daily work
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Understanding of revenue concepts including quotas, pipelines, and OTE • Experience managing remote or international teams • Firm grasp of global labor standards • Familiarity with global hiring platforms such as Deel is a major plus • Ability to coach sales and marketing managers into effective people leaders • Ability to use data to analyze turnover and optimize incentive structures • High emotional intelligence and unwavering ethics for sensitive employee relations and performance management • Excellent communication skills and ability to turn complex HR metrics into compelling narratives • Ability to influence leadership and challenge the status quo diplomatically • Exceptional pragmatic problem-solving skills with a results focus • Comfortable using verbal and written English 100% of the time • Must be based in Lithuania, Spain, Germany, or the United Kingdom • Immigration-related employment support, including visa sponsorship or transfer, is not available
