📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two People Operations professionals • Oversee and support end-to-end People Operations, including onboarding and contract management • Audit and automate People Operations processes to improve efficiency and scalability • Ensure employment practices, contracts, and policies comply with local labor laws • Own HRIS integrity and provide data-driven People Analytics insights to leadership • Design and maintain international job family architecture, salary ranges, and leveling systems • Lead annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus allocations • Evaluate and optimize global benefits and manage external vendors and brokers • Partner with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs on compensation plans, budgets, and business goals • Develop communication strategies explaining PVcase’s Total Value proposition to employees

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People Operations with a heavy focus on Total Rewards/Compensation • Proven experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment • Experience with the US market is a significant plus • Experience managing or mentoring a team • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations • Strong understanding of international payroll, benefits administration, and multi-country labor law compliance • Exceptional English skills • Ability to explain complex compensation/equity topics to non-experts • Must be based in Lithuania, Spain, or Netherlands • Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available
