• Sales of photovoltaic investments (roof-mounted and ground-mounted projects) to investors • Individual consultation of prospects on investment models and profitability • Closing-focused management of qualified leads (no traditional cold calling) • Conducting telephone and in-person advisory consultations • Needs assessment, solution presentation, and closing of purchase agreements • Planning and preparation as well as follow-up of your consultation appointments • Preparation and explanation of profitability/financial viability calculations • Maintenance and documentation of sales activities in the CRM system • Close collaboration with sales support, the project team, and management
• Experience in selling complex or consultative products, e.g., financial products, real estate, photovoltaic or energy projects • Strong closing ability and persuasiveness • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong numerical aptitude and understanding of financial/economic relationships • Structured, independent, and target-oriented way of working • High willingness to learn and motivation to further develop in the PV investment sector • Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainable investments
