📋 Description

• This executive will oversee integrated media strategy across: Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Native, Display, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Landing Page Optimization (LPO), Social Creative, SEO Content Strategy, Landing Page Design & Testing. • Lead enterprise-level acquisition strategy across all paid and organic media channels. • Develop scalable growth frameworks across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Native, Display, Retargeting, Emerging acquisition channels. • Own growth strategy for our internal lead generation properties, driving high-volume traffic through search, social, programmatic, native, and display acquisition channels. • Build, mentor, and lead a team of 8 across paid media, SEO, CRO/LPO, creative strategy, analytics, and content. • Establish operational processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards. • Foster a culture of testing, accountability, innovation, and performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, analytics, product, and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth strategy. • Deep expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRO/LPO, Programmatic, Native, Display • Proven success scaling customer acquisition and lead generation programs. • Experience managing media budgets and multi-channel acquisition strategies. • Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization. • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams. • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. • Experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, CRM systems, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms preferred.
