📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of our Inventory, Distribution Order, Quality and Warehouse Management (WMS) modules. • Architect the next generation of AI-driven supply chain solutions. • Design and define requirements for intelligent workflow agents that solve specific warehouse and inventory friction points. • Focus relentlessly on concrete customer metrics and ensure that every AI feature translates directly into measurable ROI. • Design AI interactions that feel natural and intuitive, ensuring human-in-the-loop oversight. • Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate product discovery, generate user stories, analyze competitive landscapes, and synthesize customer feedback. • Prompt and utilize data analysis AI models to query large sets of data, uncover usage trends, and validate product hypotheses before engineering begins. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Inventory, Distribution, Quality and WMS modules, from ideation to successful go-to-market execution. • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on warehouse operations, inventory, distribution orders, and quality. • Partner closely with engineering, data science, product marketing, and sales to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management or Project Management experience, ideally within ERP, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management Systems. • Demonstrated experience using Generative AI and LLMs in a professional capacity to enhance workflows. • Strong conceptual understanding of how AI agents and autonomous workflows operate, and how they can be applied to business logic. • Deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by warehouse managers, inventory planners, and quality managers. • Ability to engage deeply with engineering and data science teams regarding data structures, API integrations, and model capabilities.
