📋 Description

• Build backend services and APIs that power Qdrant Cloud • Develop features related to cluster provisioning, scaling, upgrades, backups, and authentication • Collaborate with engineers across multiple teams to deliver customer-facing functionality • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design • Investigate production issues and contribute to long-term improvements • Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and usability of our cloud platform

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience • Professional experience developing backend services and tooling using Go and/or Python • Experience building and maintaining production software • Solid working knowledge of Kubernetes in production environments • Good understanding of APIs, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems concepts • Experience working with cloud-native technologies and containers • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
