📋 Description

• Support and further development of QFM applications • Manage implementation of new applications and expand existing functionality in coordination with the business units • Ensure system availability and optimize performance • Analyze and resolve errors • Provide training on QFM applications • Coordinate external IT service providers • Create and maintain documentation and user guides

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in application management or a similar role preferred • Ideally, expertise in Microsoft 365 • Experience in project coordination with internal and external partners • Strong project management skills combined with excellent communication abilities • Analytical thinking and a structured working approach
