📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales team to create new revenue opportunities and develop strategic plans to increase adoption in existing accounts and implement retention plans for critical accounts. • Provide formal and informal clinical presentations which require training of multiple personnel and overlapping multiple shifts. • Operate within the hospital environment at a clinical, lab and administrative level across departmental silos. • Focus Areas: CMO, CNO, Executive Suites, Infectious Disease/Control, Risk Management, Administration, Hospitalist, Employee Health, Emergency Room, Pediatrics, Human Resources, Pulmonology, Pharmacy, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, HIV, Transplant. • Partner with sales and technical support to develop strategy for successful customer on-boarding, implementation and adoption. • Proactively pursue public health and community outreach opportunities and speaking engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) year Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university is required • Minimum of four (4) years healthcare consulting or healthcare education experience • Current licensed Registered Nurse in state of residence or compact license • Experience in sales, preferably in the hospital division of pharmaceutical sales or in vitro medical diagnostics industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of medical institution hierarchy • 75-80% travel with overnight stays required • Ability to work well in a diverse team environment • Presentation and training skills • Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook required
