📋 Description

• Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer • Keep searches moving and hiring managers informed throughout the process • Drive an approximately 60% outbound, 30% inbound, and 10% referral sourcing mix • Use AI for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting • Manage recruiting metrics including time to hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health • Work directly with the leader of qlub's global talent acquisition function • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and hiring teams • Recruit across global business and GTM roles, with flexibility to support technical and product hiring

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Track record hiring commercial or GTM roles, including sales, BD, marketing, or operations • Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup • Proven outbound sourcing experience with self-built pipelines • Experience running searches and directly owning hiring manager relationships • Fluent in English • Ability to source, outreach, screen, schedule, and report using AI • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, and Metaview, and ability to ramp on new tools quickly • Global or multi-region hiring experience is a nice to have
