📋 Description

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents, from concept to shipped UI/UX, across Qonto • Turn ambiguous problems into clear product flows through discovery, prototyping, and iteration • Run user research, including interviews and tests • Translate research insights into actionable design decisions • Partner daily with engineering and product teams to ship quickly while maintaining quality • Define transparent and safe AI interaction patterns, including prompting, guardrails, and error states • Accelerate Qonto’s AI roadmap • Report to Sophie Cornay, Head of the AI Lab • Collaborate on design direction, craft standards, and product delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product design experience building products from scratch in fast-moving environments • Strong problem-solving and product thinking • Ability to connect user needs, business impact, and feasibility • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams • High curiosity for AI • Comfort operating in uncertainty and rapid iteration cycles • Ability to prototype and document design decisions • Strong attention to detail
