📋 Description

• Lead customer engagement and business development activity with a major Defense contractor, develop and maintain strategic relationships, understand customer needs and challenges, and positioning Qorvo as a preferred partner. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing excellent strategic relationships with customers’ engineering, R&D, program management, supply chain and executive leadership teams, work closely with the Qorvo business unit teams to develop strategies that expand our market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Provide expert knowledge of RF and MMIC products as well as advanced packaging technologies to clients, helping them understand how our solutions can meet their specific requirements. • Lead negotiation efforts for large contracts and strategic agreements, ensuring they meet the financial and strategic objectives of the company while complying with military specifications and regulations. • Work closely with the engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled with the highest quality standards and within required timelines. • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to advise on potential impacts and opportunities for our business and provide feedback to the product development teams for future product enhancements or new product development. • Maintain accurate records, provide regular reports on account status, challenges, and future opportunities, and ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of professional experience • Experience working in the semiconductor and advanced packaging industry • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel up to 40 percent of the time domestically • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
