📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact and act as a trusted marketing advisor. • You lead client meetings end-to-end, capturing decisions, and closing the loop quickly. • You take the time to deeply understand each client’s business model. • You own ClickUp and status artifacts to keep deliverables visible. • You lead weekly and monthly reporting and tell a clear story about performance. • You guide internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, execution, and performance goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful hands-on account management experience in an agency environment. • Ideally, a bachelor's degree in marketing or in a related field. • Experience being seen as a leader in your team. • Top-notch communication skills. • Master of time management. • Experience with a project management system. • Genuine interest in the advertising and agency space. • Creative problem solver. • Continuous learner. • Understand the importance of a clean and quiet work environment suitable for video conferencing.
