📋 Description

• Crafting and managing impactful affiliate programs. • Building strong partnerships to drive business growth. • Leveraging performance analytics for strategic objectives. • Sourcing, onboarding, and managing local affiliates and strategic partners. • Developing and improving the new affiliate platform, Affstore. • Collaborating closely with the core team in EET/EEST time zone.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or business development within the Philippines market. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) is highly preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in the Forex, CFD, FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, or other financial services industry is a strong advantage. • Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies. • An existing network or pool of trusted affiliates, influencers, KOLs, or partners in the Philippines is a significant advantage. • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
