🎯 Requirements
• 至少 2–3 年 iGaming 行业 Affiliate 管理经验 • 必须具备 Affiliate 招募、拓展及管理经验 • 熟悉在线娱乐场、老虎机、真人娱乐场、体育博彩等产品 • 熟悉 CPA、RevShare、Hybrid、CPL、固定费用等联盟合作模式 • 有实际谈判合作条款、评估流量质量及管理 Affiliate 绩效的能力 • 拥有一定的 iGaming Affiliate、媒体买量、KOL、流量团队或广告联盟资源者优先 • 具备良好的商务沟通、谈判、关系维护和跨部门协作能力 • 能够远程办公,具备较强的自我管理能力和结果导向意识 • 能接受出差,包括参加行业展会、拜访合作伙伴及商务会议 • 英文可作为工作语言;会中文或其他东南亚语言者优先 • 有东南亚、拉美或新兴市场经验者优先
