• Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform • Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation • Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform • Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes • Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions • Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience
• Fluent in Thai and Spanish — both written and spoken • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based client interactions • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly • Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role • Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products • Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows
