📋 Description

• Design, develop, and update learning solutions in the ID Team Capability Suite • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create various types of content • Develop and produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements • Develop and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and clients to ensure accurate and relevant content • Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360 suite) • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box • Project management skills and very high attention to detail • Multimedia, Video Editing and graphic design skills are preferred (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) • Certification in instructional design (e.g. Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus • Experience in roleplay or tools simulations using AI is a plus
