📋 Description

• Maintain regular contact with decision-makers at class entities (member associations); • Analyze and provide financial and administrative reports to the entities; • Support internal teams on matters related to class entities, such as statutory inquiries, eligibility, contract amendments, rate adjustments, and other topics; • Provide support to Specialists with internal requests and requests received from the entities; • Prepare reports and cross-reference data using Excel and create PowerPoint presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Intermediate Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, partial data anonymization, etc.) and Power BI; • Preferred: Experience with class entities or regulatory bodies; • Experience working with insurance brokers or health plan operators; • Knowledge of contracts, statutes, and eligibility;
