📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements with business areas and technical teams. • Support the creation and detailing of the backlog (epics, features and user stories). • Participate in technical and functional alignment meetings, contributing to project scope definition and improvements. • Assist in translating business needs into clear specifications for development. • Track the lifecycle of requests, ensuring proper understanding among areas (business, development, QA and deployment). • Perform impact analyses on system and integration changes. • Support functional validation of deliveries with the QA team and stakeholders. • Contribute to documentation of flows, business rules and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge in requirements elicitation and documentation • Basic understanding of systems analysis • Basic knowledge in process or flow modeling • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Good communication for interacting with technical and business areas • Differentials (strongly desirable) • Experience (including academic projects or internships) with: • Writing user stories • Defining business rules • Participating in backlog refinement sessions • Knowledge of: • API integrations (REST) • JSON / XML • Financial systems, banking systems or Open Finance • Experience with tools such as: • Azure DevOps / Jira / Confluence • Clear and structured communication • Analytical skills and a systems-thinking perspective • Organization and attention to detail • Proactivity in seeking business understanding • Ease interacting with multiple areas
